About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cafe Manager to lead our team at our Menai location.

  • As Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through exceptional customer service and sales strategies.

You will motivate and lead a team of highly skilled professionals, providing coaching and training opportunities for continuous improvement. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and managing payroll, stock, and daily ordering processes effectively.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving financial targets. A strong background in food service and/or specialty coffee is essential, as well as excellent communication and customer focus skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and train team members for continuous improvement
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Manage payroll, stock, and daily ordering processes effectively
