About The Business Area/Section

The ICT Integrity Transformation Branch develops and implements strategies to reduce fraud and achieve the client's goals, making the organisation more responsive, supportive, and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support projects across multiple capabilities, including Identity and Access, Data Storage and Analytics, Payment and Debt Management, and Fraud and Case Management.
  • Provide expertise in resolving complex IT-related issues and risks, and have experience and knowledge in solution architecture and industry best practices.
  • Initiate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and have tertiary qualifications in an ICT-related field or applicable industry certifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years' experience working as a solution architect in government organisations.
  • Understanding of governance concepts, including ICT policy and standards development, and documentation of frameworks.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including stakeholder engagement across internal and external stakeholders.
