We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our team at Recruitment Hive. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience working with Government Organisations, with a strong understanding of governance concepts and ICT policy/standards development.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to develop and implement initiatives focused on reducing technology risk, governance, and compliance. They will also have experience with digital transformations and a strong understanding of Microsoft products and platforms.

Key responsibilities will include resolving complex IT related issues and risks, developing and participating in the implementation of initiatives, and providing solution architect services. The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to undertake stakeholder engagement across internal and external stakeholders.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Minimum of five years' experience with Government Organisations working as a solution architect.
  • Understanding of governance concepts with a focus on ICT, policy/standards development, documentation of frameworks, and assisting in the reporting to Senior Executive.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to undertake stakeholder engagement across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in one of the following areas; identity and access; data storage and analytics; payment and debt management; fraud and case management.
  • Experience with digital transformations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications.
