We are seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role of Duty Manager, responsible for overseeing hotel operations, guest experiences, and team performance.
As Duty Manager, you will be expected to:
- Manage and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members to drive results
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team skills and boost hotel performance
- Engage in authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues and concerns
- Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship is available)
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related discipline
- 2 years' experience in front desk/guest service leadership
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Basic mathematics skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills
- Ability to work long periods standing and occasional lifting
- Working knowledge of hotel property management systems
- Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends
