We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated School Engagement Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and delivering impactful school-based programs and workshops, as well as engaging with school communities to build meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive school-based programs that promote social justice and community engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with school administrators, teachers, and students to build trust and understanding.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the team to design and implement campaigns that inspire student engagement and connection with our organisation's mission.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and contribute to the development of a more just and equitable society.

About You
  • You hold tertiary qualifications in education, communications, youth or community work-or equivalent experience.
  • You are a confident facilitator with proven experience delivering school workshops and strong knowledge of the education system.
  • You possess excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful school partnerships.
