Job Description

As a senior tax consultant, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional tax advice and guidance to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering high-quality tax services, and staying up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax advice
  • Preparing tax effect accounting calculations, consolidated returns, fringe benefits tax returns, and private binding rulings
  • Providing guidance on international tax issues (offshore expansion, CFC regimes) and assisting in M&A transactions and restructures
  • Contributing to technical training within the tax division and across the firm
  • Assisting with billing and WIP management on allocated jobs
  • Supervising and mentoring accountants and graduates to help them develop their skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or similar) and working towards/completed CA, CPA, CTA or MTax
  • Strong interest in corporate tax compliance and advisory
  • Experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier tax division highly regarded
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong initiative, time management and resilience
