Job Opportunity

Seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our Australian outsourced finance department portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing financial management, and driving profitable growth.



Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients in a financial controller capacity
  • Ensure 5-star quality bookkeeping and compliance requirements
  • Oversee financial management including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting
  • Present results and insights to stakeholders


Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
  • 7+ years progressive accounting and finance experience
  • Proven experience managing teams of bookkeepers/accountants
  • Senior or Management experience with emphasis on quality control
  • Commercial experience in pricing, quoting, and engagement management
  • Deep knowledge of Australian accounting standards and compliance requirements
  • Expert-level Xero proficiency and app ecosystem knowledge
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting software capabilities
