Purpose of the Role

Maintain and evolve lending programs to optimize performance, improve customer satisfaction, and meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop lending coaching program strategies, allocate resources, and conduct capability analyses to align with organizational objectives.
  • Lead initiatives for the lending team that align with overall business goals.
  • Prepare data, analytics, and documentation to support governance, team performance, and reporting.
  • Chair the Lending Capability Steering Committee to facilitate insights from various stakeholders.
  • Facilitate group or individual sessions to support lending related changes, including regulatory updates.
