Supervisory Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our construction projects. As a multi-site based position, you will work alongside construction managers, estimators, project managers, and contractors to ensure the safe, quality, timely delivery of projects.

This role offers long-term employment opportunities with our QLD team for the right professionals. You will be responsible for:

  • Active input into repair methodologies
  • Organisation, scheduling, and budgeting of allocated projects
  • Quality assurance and adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations
  • Delivery of timely works completion outcomes
  • Managing budgets and promoting a safe and WHS compliant workplace

Key qualifications include:

  • Driver's License and Construction Induction Card
  • Certificate IV in Construction or Trade Apprenticeship (highly desirable)
  • Supervisor's License and QBCC Supervisor license essential

Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously, and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office MS Project, and Excel programs are highly desirable.
