About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business success. This is a key role within our organization, requiring someone who can inspire and motivate others to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations including gaming, food and beverage, events, and customer service.
  • Inspire and guide our team to provide outstanding service.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies, particularly those related to responsible service of alcohol and gaming.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Manage performance, provide training, and recognize exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within hospitality or gaming.
  • Excellent leadership skills, communication, and team management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations (RSA and RCG certifications required).
  • Able to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
