Requirements:

 

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with demonstrated compassion, empathy, and passion for residential aged care.
  • Proven ability to achieve organizational objectives through excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to lead a highly cohesive and productive team.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in managing and complying with legislative requirements.
