The Opportunity

  • Work independently on design projects, taking ownership of defined parts of the process.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Contribute to the financial success of projects, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Represent your team or area at client meetings and internal discussions.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Structural, Mechanical, Materials, Façade, Civil, Architectural, or similar fields.
  • Experience leading remedial façade projects, with a strong client interface.
  • Understanding of building structures, facades, and construction materials.
  • Awareness of improvement options for building façades, including performance, durability, and comfort.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Industrial Rope Access qualification and experience preferred, but willingness to train is desirable.
