Support Workers Wanted

We are looking for Support Workers to join our Northern Rivers team, providing in-home aged care and disability support services. Our aim is to empower individuals to live independently.

The Role:

This role involves travelling between clients' homes, assisting them with daily living and lifestyle requirements by providing person-centred care and support.

  • Domestic Assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Social Support/Transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments
  • Supporting Customers: monitoring well-being, reporting progress, and aiding with the use of aids like standing or walking frames and wheelchairs

Services are generally between 6am-6pm, Monday to Friday. We require a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance) and a smartphone with internet access.

What You Need:
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Australian Driver's Licence
