Role Overview

The successful candidate will create and lead a positive and enriching environment to support and engage school aged children in OHSC and vacation care. This role involves leading and guiding a team to run an engaging program, maintaining effective communication with parents, and utilizing skills to help create an engaging program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment for school aged children.
  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality programs that cater to diverse needs and interests.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with parents to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Proven experience working in a similar lead educator role.
  • Current First Aid Certificate, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate or the ability to acquire this promptly.
  • Working with Vulnerable People Registration and National Police Check.
  • Current Drivers Licence.
  • Focus on Health & Safety requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
What We Offer

The salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer:
