Key Responsibilities- Execute preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum asset reliability.
- Attend to plant and asset breakdowns, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding tasks to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide feedback via our maintenance management system.
- Participate in regular shutdown tasks as an individual or as part of a team.
- Contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and corrective actions.
- Hold a relevant mechanical trade qualification.
- Possess exceptional troubleshooting skills.
- Have a proactive approach, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
- Be a confident communicator, able to work independently.
- Previous experience with production line and shutdown activities is highly regarded.
- Experience in Hydraulics and Pneumatics is an advantage.
- Heavy Industrial experience is essential.
- CMMS SAP experience is highly valued.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
