Restaurant General Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-presented professional to fill the role of Restaurant General Manager. As a leader in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and monitor staff performance standards and responsibilities.
  • Estimate food and beverage costs.
  • Manage restaurant revenues, profit margins, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with front and back of house teams to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on advertising, promotions, and events.
  • Promote and coordinate catering services and private event bookings.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations.
  • Manage budgets and control expenses.
  • Oversee supply arrangements for food, beverages, and other supplies.
Requirements:
  • A passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of craft beer is an advantage.
  • RSA & RCG qualifications.
  • Legal rights to work in Australia.
