
Principal Reliability Architect

A Lead Site Reliability Engineer is required to drive enduring reliability across all products and services.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced SRE professional with a strong technical background and deep experience in SRE. They will own the incident management process, provide expert leadership during critical outages, and lead the transformation to a world-leading SRE organization.
- The Lead Engineer will develop scalable process frameworks and observability strategies for rapid problem diagnosis, response, and service reliability.
- They will collaborate with product teams to thoroughly analyze failures and integrate insights to improve service reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- The successful candidate will promote a customer-focused approach by addressing global customer environment issues and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the SRE team.

Responsibilities:

- Owning the incident management process to drive enduring reliability across all products and services.
- Providing expert leadership during critical outages, coordinating multiple teams for streamlined decision-making and quick resolution.
- Leading and advocating for transformation to a world-leading SRE organization, promoting SRE principles within the Engineering Department.
- Promoting a customer-focused approach by addressing global customer environment issues and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the SRE team.
- Developing scalable process frameworks and observability strategies for rapid problem diagnosis, response, and service reliability.
- Collaborating with product teams to thoroughly analyze failures and integrate insights to improve service reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Deep experience in SRE with a strong technical background.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
- A proven track record of driving best practice across a business and contributing to ongoing transformation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop scalable process frameworks and observability strategies.
