Job Title: Wardsperson

About the Role:

The role involves providing assistance as required within a hospital setting. Key duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring safe and efficient patient transfers across the facility;
  • Assisting with stock delivery and replenishment in departments as needed;
  • Cleaning of departments and other areas as necessary.

Flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster is crucial for this position.

About You:

This role will suit individuals with experience handling manual tasks, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • To succeed you must possess a passion for delivering high-quality client care and demonstrate strong teamwork ethos.
  • You will be self-motivated and exhibit a good work ethic that includes punctuality, integrity, respect for others, and a commitment to professional practice.

Proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment, adaptability with shifts, and strong team and customer focus are essential requirements.

Requirements:

  • Must have received Covid-19 vaccination.
  • Must provide a valid National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
