Senior Data Science Director

We are seeking a Data Science Chapter Lead to be a hands-on leader for our team of talented data scientists.
You will be responsible for the technical and professional development of the team, ensuring they have the skills and resources to deliver high-quality, impactful work.
- As an experienced people leader, you'll build, mentor, and coach a talented group of data scientists. You'll foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- Actively contribute to our global enterprise AI strategy, collaborating with product and technology teams to drive the regional roadmap for exploration and adoption.
- Own the technical direction for the Data Science chapter, embedding industry best practices into the organization and ensuring the team builds innovative solutions.
- Work closely with other Data and Analytics functions to deliver end-to-end solutions, ranging from business-as-usual activities to complex data transformation projects. You'll be a trusted advisor, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Build relationships across all verticals of the organization and communicate the value of data science and AI to senior executives and stakeholders across our broader business, including Product, Sales, Operations and more. You'll keep them informed on data science advancements and opportunities, acting as a champion for the team's work.
