Senior Breast Cancer Care Coordinator

This is a key opportunity for an experienced nurse to join our team as a Senior Breast Cancer Care Coordinator.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with breast cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based pathways for the coordination of complex breast cancer care.
  • Provide expert clinical care and leadership to ensure best practice is followed throughout the treatment journey.
  • Collaborate with oncology, palliative care, allied health, and community services to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Support the development of colleagues through education and mentoring programs.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to future directions in breast cancer services.
