The Role

The Senior Designer will be responsible for visualising PEXA's brand across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels, positioning us as a property leader in Australia and international markets.

You'll maintain and build on PEXA's positive brand reputation, ensuring alignment with our Brand Guidelines, Strategy, and project goals. This role requires creativity, collaboration, and best practices in design, leveraging key stakeholders' engagement.

As a Senior Designer, you'll take on key design projects, ensuring tasks are strategically prioritised within the team. You'll also train and mentor our Graphic Designer, overseeing the Videographer to deliver against business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creatively develop and execute design projects across multiple PEXA products and brands, meeting objectives.
  • Understand business priorities, manage stakeholders, anticipate needs, and remove blockers to enable your team's success.
  • Provide governance and guidance to ensure adherence to PEXA's Brand Guidelines across all design work.
  • Lead the evolution of PEXA's brand identity, recommending enhancements and driving activities to increase brand awareness internally and externally.
  • Maximise PEXA's brand presence across channels and customer touchpoints, with a digital-first focus that reinforces trust in PEXA.

Requirements

We're looking for a skilled Senior Designer with:

  • Digital design experience with a diploma or degree in Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools through formal courses.
  • 5-8+ years of graphic and digital design experience in a medium/large organisation with complex stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels, including the C-Suite.
  • Expertise in communicating complex information to diverse audiences (B2B, B2C, Government).
  • Ability to expertly manage high workloads, with an agile approach and design recommendations.

What We Offer

Pexa offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you'll have opportunities for growth, professional development, and career advancement.
