About the Role:
As an Executive Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the Executive team.
You will:
- Develop and manage strategic communications, including briefings, reports, and notes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Executive, liaising with stakeholders and coordinating responses.
- Implement and monitor operational plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Research and prepare strategic advice and reports on complex policy matters.
- Provide proactive risk management and resolution services to mitigate organisational risks.
- Lead or contribute to projects aligned with organisational goals.
- Refine administrative systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Manage the Executive's calendar, events, and correspondence.
About You:
You are a highly skilled professional with expertise in executive-level support and strategic planning.
Key requirements include:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
