At TSGlobal, we're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our Shared Services Team.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your marketing expertise and drive business growth across the company.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales tools that influence clients to purchase, including brochures, presentations, product fact sheets, catalogues, website content, and videos.
  • Elevate brand awareness and engagement through social media and web content creation.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including developing and delivering marketing strategy and communications plans.
  • CMS Updates for the website (WordPress) – photography, product brochures, and blog posts.
  • Implement internal communication strategies to ensure all sites across Australia are informed about marketing activities and key information.
  • Photography and videography in the workshop and on-site when required.
  • Branded content creation, editing, and updating using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monthly and Board reporting on campaign effectiveness and marketing activities using Facebook Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics.

About You:

  • You'll have creative skills with high attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant qualifications or industry experience in marketing.
  • You'll be proficient in using social media content scheduling and emailing tools – Hootsuite & Mailchimp.
  • A valid driver's license is also required.
  • Understanding of Sharepoint is highly desirable.
