Franklyn Blinds Awnings Security is a Brisbane based window furnishings manufacturer.

We are seeking an experienced part-time receptionist to join our team at our Rochedale factory. The ideal candidate will thrive on providing exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Answering and directing incoming calls on our busy switchboard.
- Providing high-quality support to internal and external customers.
- Handling cash and EFTPOS payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greeting and signing in visiting suppliers and vendor services.
- Ensuring the reception area remains clean, tidy and organized at all times.
- Managing inter-branch couriers and associated paperwork.
- Offering general administrative support.

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- A happy, friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
