As a Product Design Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the digital products and services of our organisation. You will lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of product designers to drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver complex design initiatives that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create human-centred experiences and align on design priorities.
- Develop and evolve best practices to drive the overall value and impact of product design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, psychology, social science, entrepreneurship, or business.
- 8+ years of experience in digital product design, with at least 3+ years in leadership.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing and delivering successful digital products.
- Proven experience in mentoring and developing design teams.
