Job Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver genuine and local guest experiences.
  • Champion team coaching and mentoring, guest and team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations.
  • Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives.
  • Build a responsible service culture centered around fun, passion, and authenticity.
Requirements:
  • Great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contagious passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and inspiring, coaching, and developing your team.
  • Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.
