Job Opportunity:

The Assistant Bakery Manager role is a pivotal position that demands exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. As a key team member, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction, model excellent engagement, and foster a positive work culture.
  • Collaborate with the Bakery Manager to lead all aspects of guest experience, cake production, brand presentation, and visual merchandising.
  • Support the Bakery Manager in recruiting, training, and directing team members, providing performance feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure high standards are consistently upheld, adhering to food safety and health regulations.
