Laboratory Specialist

Established in 1951, Wagners is an award-winning Australian construction materials and services provider. Our company offers a comprehensive range of cement, concrete, aggregates, and composite products.

We are currently seeking a skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Wellcamp QLD. As a key member of our laboratory division, you will be responsible for performing sampling of concrete and aggregates to recognised and approved methods.

Your primary duties will include:

• Sampling concrete and aggregates according to industry standards
• Conducting testing and calibrations in accordance with Australian Standards and the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads test methods
• Maintaining accurate records of samples and test results

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Extensive experience and knowledge in construction materials testing and sampling of concrete
• Cert III or IV in Laboratory Techniques (desired)
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with management, customers, and personnel
• A commitment to safety and quality
• The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
