Egís is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join its Urban Development team in Sunshine Coast. This role offers the chance to work on diverse, high-impact projects and contribute expertise in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

This position involves delivering high-quality civil design solutions across various projects. The successful candidate will contribute to budget development and fee proposal preparation, undertaking detailed civil design, collaborating with architects, landscape architects, and other engineers, and supporting project management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality civil engineering solutions for land development and brownfield projects.
  • Develop budgets and prepare fee proposals for projects.
  • Conduct detailed civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams at project meetings.
  • Support project management activities, including scheduling and reporting.
What We Need from You

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and chartered engineer status or working towards it. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years' experience in civil design for land development or brownfield projects, solid technical expertise in civil design, and proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
