Job Title: Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled quality manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team, managing quality systems, ensuring compliance, and promoting sustainable practices within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining work instructions and associated documentation for quality assurance activities.
  • Monitoring system compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supporting business strategies through the implementation of sound QA principles.
  • Facilitating continuous improvement and implementing systematic approaches to processes in Quality.
  • Maintaining certifications for Quality and Environment.

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG/Food industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science or related field.
  • Certified Qualifications, such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 standards.
  • Strong technical skills in Quality Assurance.
  • Experience using SAP ECC desirable.
