Key Responsibilities- Lead the detailed structural design and documentation on a diverse range of projects
- Manage key projects and lead a team of engineers
- Enhance client relationships and grow a local structural design team
- Prepare detailed project plans, including budgets, time forecasts, and resource planning
- Relevant qualification in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years' experience within an Engineering Consultancy
- Strong understanding of structures, materials, and construction
- Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards and National Construction Code
