About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Valuer to join our Asset Advisory team in Melbourne. As an Assistant Valuer, you will play a key role in assisting with a variety of valuations, including financial reporting and insurance purposes.

Our team provides comprehensive valuation and advisory services to clients across Australia, covering land, buildings, infrastructure, plant, and equipment. If you have a passion for property and a strong analytical mind, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to kickstart your career in property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis and compilation of sales evidence
  • Compile reports and present findings to clients
  • Liaise with client representatives to understand their needs and requirements
  • Assist with property inspections and valuations
  • Use valuation systems to analyze data and provide insights
  • Support management with general tasks and projects
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Seeking a new challenge where their skills and experience can be utilized
  • Studying property or has recently completed their qualification
  • Has working knowledge of the property market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
