About the Role:

This is a part-time position available in a modern 60-bed facility located in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to residents with a focus on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A current Certificate in Aged Care and/or relevant qualification.
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
