About the Position:

You will make a significant contribution to the organization by utilizing your passion for data analysis and problem-solving skills, along with your technical background, to assess the current landscape and gather requirements to drive optimal business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the data analytics consolidation project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, pain points, and desired outcomes
  • Analyze workshop results and evaluate platforms to develop a comprehensive plan for data analytics consolidation
  • Present findings and plans to stakeholders, seeking endorsement and buy-in
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on project management and leadership
  • A proven track record of delivering complex data analytics projects, with a strong understanding of data governance and data quality
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights
  • Experience with data analytics platforms, including Teradata, Snowflake, and Redshift
  • A strong consulting background would be beneficial
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of data analytics professionals
