Job Title:

Manufacturing Operative

About the Role:

This role will report to the Production Supervisor. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operational production processes within a factory environment.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by working in a highly diverse cross-functional team environment.

Your primary focus will be on operating food manufacturing machine processing and packaging equipment with high-volume output.

You will also be responsible for completing quality control checks, inspections & audits on software systems, as well as engaging in improvement activities (TPM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow safety management systems to prevent incidents and utilize reporting systems to continuously improve site safety
  • Comply with HACCP & GMP processes
  • Operate Food Manufacturing machine processing and packaging equipment, with high-volume output
  • Complete Quality Control checks, inspections & audits on software systems
  • Work within a highly diverse cross-functional team
  • Engage in improvement activities (TPM)
Requirements:

Demonstrate proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment

In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience in TPM systems

Ability to complete root cause analysis activities
