Working in a production environment can be both challenging and rewarding. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production department.

  • Responsibilities include performing various duties within the production department, working in a fast-paced environment, and being motivated, reliable, punctual, and having a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in a cold environment and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team on a production line is essential.
  • Good knowledge of safe work practices and willingness to participate in a variety of duties within the production department are also required.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn and work in a cold environment is necessary.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and high level of attention to detail is ideal.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated, with flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
  • Work rights in Australia and own transport are also mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be reliable and punctual, and have good communication skills.
