Business Innovation Specialist

As a key player in driving business growth, the Business Innovation Specialist will collaborate closely with IT Product Owners to deliver impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop trusted customer relationships by consistently exceeding expectations
  • Build strong internal and external relationships
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, manage workload diversity, and provide guidance to QA's as needed

A successful candidate will possess a solid foundation of Business Analyst skills, natural curiosity, and a willingness to learn. They must also be able to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.

In this role, you will work directly with stakeholders to understand problems and gather essential information. You will then analyze these findings, identify priorities, and provide well-reasoned solutions. Your collaboration with Developers will ensure that all project requirements are met efficiently.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable.
