HVAC Technician Role Overview

As a highly skilled HVAC technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing various air conditioning systems, including split systems and in-ceiling/under-ceiling cassettes. You will also diagnose faults and problems in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak performance, and provide detailed reporting on all work completed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair a variety of AC systems, including split systems and in-ceiling/under-ceiling cassettes.
  • Diagnose faults and problems in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak performance.
  • Provide detailed reporting on all work completed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade Qualification: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
  • Customer Service: Great communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
