Strategic Leader - Digital Transformation

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies within the infrastructure sector.

This involves driving client-facing roadmaps and market penetration strategies across various business units, as well as communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering delivery roles, with a focus on business acumen and leadership skills.

Responsibilities include growing demand for digital engineering services, implementing digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering and construction activities, and developing BIM and digital engineering practices.

The successful leader will be able to motivate and encourage innovative thinking, develop new ideas/approaches, and promote the values of the organisation.

  • Experience in leadership positions with demonstrated capability gained in complex organisations (business or organisational leadership, people leadership)
  • Experience leading change and influencing a broad group of stakeholders to adopt new ways of working
  • BIM advisory roles and experience with legislative and industry standards
  • Preferably a background in engineering delivery roles (briefing, design, construction) with a strong and demonstrable business acumen
