The role of Hotel Operations Manager is a senior leadership position that oversees the daily operations of a high-end restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service standards and staff performance.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and team development skills to drive strategic goals and elevate the hotel's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Oversee bookings, floor operations, and customer service to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Maintain exceptional service standards and staff performance through regular feedback and coaching.
- Liaise with chefs and event clients to ensure seamless execution of events and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and licensing requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar high-end hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills to drive business growth and staff engagement.
- Hands-on, solution-focused, and calm under pressure to handle complex situations.
- A genuine passion for creating outstanding guest experiences and delivering exceptional service.
- RSA certification is essential for this role.
- Cocktail, wine, and fine dining knowledge is highly desirable but not essential.
