Field Service Technician

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electronic systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role:

  • Complete preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on gaming equipment
  • Installation and removal of gaming products
  • Ensure accurate completion of electronic job system and paperwork in real-time
  • Provide technical and product information to customers to increase their knowledge
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and assist customers
  • Ensure all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements


Key Responsibilities:

This role involves working with our team to provide technical support for our gaming machines. You will be required to troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise, as well as provide training and support to our customers.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
  • A practical mindset and the ability to think on your feet
  • An interest in gaming machines is an advantage
  • The ability to lift heavy objects and hold a full driving license
