Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join our team at Aurex Group, a leading national integrated services company committed to delivering excellence in all areas of their business. With a diverse portfolio of services spanning various industries, they have earned a reputation for innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing insightful recommendations to senior management.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and other key financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and prevent financial fraud.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, and communicate performance updates to the leadership team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (circa 5-7 years) in financial management, preferably in a large and complex organization. Experience in the Facilities Services industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in the services industry is advantageous.
