Effective Shutdown Delivery Expert

The Specialist Shutdown Controller is responsible for ensuring compliance with shutdown management standards at Port Hedland. They will be the primary interface between site operations and planning teams, maintaining clear communication throughout the shutdown process.
- Verify shutdown duration accuracy within budget and confirm reports are finalised and distributed.
- Deliver shutdown schedule and govern yearly hours for shutdown lines of responsibility.
- Analyse work management performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement initiatives.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Exceptional safety leadership skills and a history of field leadership participation.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
