We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our team as a Beverage Service Associate. This role will involve providing exceptional service to customers in an indoor and outdoor environment, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service
  • Prepare and serve beverages with precision and care
  • Operate electronic systems, including Tab and Keno terminals
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Collect used glasses and return them to the bar area for cleaning

Requirements:

  • Holding RSA & RCG Certifications is essential
  • Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
  • Ability to work during peak periods, including seasonal peaks
