About the Role

You will work closely with our Team Leader Youth Services, other Youth Programs Officers, and casual staff to design, implement, and oversee a wide range of programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement youth leadership, advocacy, and skill development initiatives
  • Design and deliver wellbeing and recreation programs and events in collaboration with community stakeholders
  • Maintain operations and promotion of daily activities in a Drop In centre setting
  • Support sector projects and collaborative initiatives with the wider Lower North Shore Youth Interagency and partners
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in youth work, social sciences, or a related field. You will have high-level experience with programming for and supervision of young people, as well as demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional relationships with young people.

You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. A valid First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check are also essential.
