Job Title:

Process Specialist for Fish Solutions

">Job Description:

Audit and optimize the customer's production process of our Fish Solutions to ensure work is carried out according to specifications, project plan and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits to identify disturbances, bottlenecks and potential risks in the customer's production process
  • Develop and implement recommendations to increase performance and/or process stability
  • Provide optional implementation/action plans on the recommendations, including testing and monitoring of the process changes
  • Identify service and sales opportunities from a technical perspective and propose optimal maintenance, upgrades and/or replacement solutions
  • Train Field Service/Technical Support Engineers and customers on new processes and technologies
  • Take ownership of all process consultancy related work orders and escalations
  • Support sales-related and innovation modification activities
  • Perform Field Service work when required
  • Provide remote technical support to first line support and engineers
  • Frequent travel to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive technical knowledge in Marel fish processing equipment portfolio
  • In-depth product application and process knowledge
  • Good entrepreneurial mindset and ability to translate technical information into usable commercial information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Structured way of working, documenting progress
  • Ability to execute agreed tasks and deadlines against performance criteria (KPI)
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for delivering high quality field service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction
