Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical advice to clients on various matters including succession and estate planning, structuring and establishing trusts, establishing powers of attorney and advising on family provision applications.
- Administration of estates including obtaining probate and letters of administration.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
- Mentoring and supervising junior staff.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing estate administration and planning, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the processes involved.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering practical and commercially sound advice to clients.
- Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff.
