The role of Chief Financial Officer is a leadership position that requires strategic financial planning, governance, and performance management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall financial strategy, ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements, and fostering strong business partnerships across the organization.

About the Role:

As a senior finance leader, you will oversee all finance functions, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, reporting, compliance, cash management, and risk mitigation. You will lead a team of finance professionals and develop a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and digitalization within the function.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic financial leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and operational efficiency, and leading robust financial planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and insights that drive profitable growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and oversee the transformation of the finance function into a proactive, insight-led business partner.
  • Drive robust financial planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and guarantee comprehensive compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Possession of a CPA, CA, or equivalent internationally recognized professional accounting qualification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive senior finance leadership experience, ideally gained within a multinational organization or the automotive/OEM sector.
  • Demonstrated experience leading finance operations across multiple countries, with a deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance environments.
  • Deep technical knowledge and practical experience with major financial systems, forecasting tools, automation (AI) and data analytics platforms.
