About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide support to clients with disabilities in achieving sustainable employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored employment pathway plans for clients to achieve successful employment outcomes
  • Provide specialized individual support and intervention to clients in the workplace
  • Build strong relationships with clients, employers, and stakeholders to assess and address needs
  • Continually survey the job market to identify suitable employment opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers, and agencies
  • High level negotiation skills and ability to think on feet in challenging situations
  • Ability to work within performance metrics and driven to exceed targets
  • Proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a dynamic environment
