
Child and Family Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child and Family Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing the outcomes of children and families through evidence-informed capacity building approaches. You will work closely with Centre Directors, Educators, and other stakeholders to identify and support the progression of children's learning, development, and well-being.
As a dedicated professional, you will communicate and engage regularly with families to support the inclusion and participation of their child. This may involve working with families who have experienced childhood trauma, and developing targeted strategies to enhance their mental health outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-informed capacity building approaches to enhance outcomes for children and families.
- Collaborate with Centre Directors, Educators, and other stakeholders to observe, identify, and support the progression of children's learning, development, and well-being.
- Communicate and engage regularly with families to support the inclusion and participation of their child.
